Cherry Bekaert Recruiting is seeking a Payroll Specialist to help ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. This is a great opportunity for someone with early-career payroll experience who wants to continue building their expertise across the full payroll process.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and process biweekly payroll
• Review timekeeping and payroll information for accuracy
• Complete payroll reconciliations
• Assist with payroll reporting and compliance
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation

What we’re looking for:

• At least 1 year of payroll experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Good analytical and reconciliation skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and confidential information
• Strong Excel and communication skills
