Are you a logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep drivers, customers, and operations running smoothly? We're looking for a Dispatch Manager to lead daily transportation and dispatch operations for a growing organization in the Lehigh Valley.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who excels at problem-solving, route optimization, driver communication, and delivering exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do:
ā Manage and coordinate daily dispatch operations
ā Optimize routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and on-time delivery performance
ā Lead, coach, and support a team of drivers and dispatch personnel
ā Monitor fleet activity and respond to real-time transportation challenges
ā Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
ā Collaborate with customers, operations, and warehouse teams to maintain service excellence
ā Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and implement process improvements
ā Handle escalations, scheduling conflicts, and service recovery efforts
What We're Looking For:
ā 3+ years of dispatch, transportation, logistics, or fleet management experience
ā Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
ā Strong organizational and communication skills
ā Ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment
ā Experience with TMS, dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office
ā Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation best practices
