Senior Financial Analyst – Pricing & FP&A

A highly respected professional services organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Finance Pricing team. This role partners closely with senior stakeholders to develop pricing strategies, financial models, and data‑driven insights that support profitability, growth, and client value.

This is a strong opportunity for candidates coming from Big 4, public accounting, or FP&A roles within professional services who want increased exposure to strategic pricing and leadership‑level decision support.

Compensation

• Base salary: $100,000 – $125,000
• Work model: Hybrid – Washington, DC

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate pricing strategies and fee arrangements
• Build financial models, budgets, and scenario analyses
• Analyze profitability, margins, and cost drivers
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to present actionable insights
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial and performance reports
• Support forecasting, planning, and strategic initiatives
• Leverage business intelligence and reporting tools to visualize complex data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, pricing, or financial analysis
• Big 4 or public accounting experience strongly preferred
• Background in professional services environments highly desired
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior leadership
